Terms, Privacy & Payments
Please review the terms below before creating your account.
1. Acceptance of terms. By registering an account with VisionPlan Pro you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not register or use the service.
2. Your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Your account and billing details remain the same as those used on our Howdy Bru platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & billing. Access to paid features is provided through monthly or annual subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance through Paystack. Subscription fees may change on renewal with reasonable notice; your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
4. Refunds. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Fees paid for a monthly plan will not be refunded or credited for partial or unused billing periods. For annual and other prepaid plans, a pro-rata refund of the unused portion may be granted at our discretion, subject to a handling fee equal to 20% of the initial purchase price. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paystack.
5. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the service, upload content you do not have rights to, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. Designs and data you create remain yours; you are responsible for their accuracy.
6. Intellectual property. The VisionPlan Pro software, branding and generated outputs remain the property of VisionPlan Pro or its licensors. You retain ownership of the site plans and designs you upload or create.
7. Limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionPlan Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from designs, calculations or exports produced using the service.
8. Termination. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; your data will be removed after a reasonable period.
9. Changes to terms. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
